This is the question that changed everything.
For years, I kept asking myself the same question:
Who am I — beyond roles, expectations and performance?
And honestly… a big part of my life has been discovering that answer.
I've always been someone who feels deeply. Energy, emotions, people, spaces… everything.
For a long time, I believed sensitivity was something to manage or hide — especially in environments where being emotional was seen as weakness.
I spent years leading teams across countries and high-pressure environments. From within those environments I was already bringing what I now call this work — coaching conversations, breathwork, deep listening. The teams I built became known not just for great results, but for the trust, connection and culture we created together. And many of the people I led went through real personal transformations — not just as professionals, but as human beings.
And through those years, I kept witnessing the same pattern again and again: people succeeding externally while slowly disconnecting internally. Burnout. Losing their voice. Living on autopilot. Achieving everything they thought they wanted, yet feeling disconnected from themselves.
What I didn't see clearly enough — was that I was living the same pattern.
For years, my body kept speaking. Health problems, surgeries, two burnouts. And still I pushed through — because that's what we're taught. As professionals, as parents, as partners — our worth is measured by how much we give, how much we push, how resilient we are, how little we ask for ourselves.
I felt consumed. Depleted. Standing at a crossroads, finally asking — who am I really, beyond everything I do for everyone else?
That question changed everything.
Real leadership of your life starts with self-awareness.
Real transformation starts with reconnection.
That became the foundation of my work.
Today, I create spaces where people reconnect with themselves — through honest human conversation, breath, energy work, and the understanding that the body holds the answer.
Some of the people I work with are leaders.
Some are creatives.
Some are simply standing at a crossroads in life.
But underneath all of it, the desire is usually the same:
to feel alive again, clear again, connected again.
People do not need to be fixed.
They need the safety to hear themselves again.
Transformation does not begin when we become someone else.
It begins when we come home to ourselves.
And that is the heart of my work: creating spaces where people lead their lives from the heart and reconnect with who they truly are.
